Important Considerations:
- Fingers tend to be larger in the summer when the weather is warmer and smaller in the winter when it's colder.
- Your fingers are usually bigger in the morning and may shrink slightly by the afternoon.
- The fingers on your dominant hand are often a bit larger than those on your non-dominant hand.
- As a general rule, wider bands tend to fit more snugly, so it's advisable to size up for rings with larger bands for a more comfortable fit.
METHOD 1
Materials Needed: Ribbon or a strip of paper and a ruler.
- Cut a strip of paper or ribbon and wrap it snugly around your finger.
- Use a pen to mark where the two ends meet.
- Measure the length of the ribbon or paper in millimeters using a ruler.
METHOD 2
If you have a ring that already fits you comfortably, you can use it to find your size.
- Take a ruler and measure the inside diameter of the ring.
- Measure straight across from one edge of the inner circle to the other.
