Refunds & Returns
GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION:
- An order cannot be cancelled once is placed. (After is placed, the order is sent into production and cannot be cancelled but contact us immediately.
- We understand that buying sale items can be tricky, so please feel free to reach out to us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER with any questions you may have, we want to ensure you love your purchase.
RETURN POLICY:
- Return must be initiated within 14 days from the date the package is received.
- The item must be in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered). Must be in the original packaging (plastic bag included) along with your proof of purchase for a refund, .
NOTE: Items that are not new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.
- Defective items must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving
- Any returns received after the 14 days will result in no refund. No store credits will be provided on sale items.
- Final sale items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Due to high demand and limited quantities of our merchandise, we will not be offering exchanges on any of our merchandise.
REFUND POLICY:
- We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- If you return a used or damaged item or an item with missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?
- A full refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
